Lamdeinu may monitor any activity on its electronic systems at any time — including email, messaging, internet, Wi-Fi (including personal devices), phone calls, voicemail, files, login activity, and video in public areas. Never in bathrooms or private locations.

Employees have no expectation of privacy on any organization device, network, or communication system. All technology must be used professionally and for organization-related purposes only.

Mandated reporter

Under NY State Social Services Law §413, you are a Mandated Reporter if your role involves regular contact with children. You must immediately report suspected child abuse, maltreatment, or neglect.

NY State Child Abuse Hotline: 1-800-635-1522 — call immediately AND notify administration. You do not need proof, only reasonable suspicion. Reports are confidential.
